Scope of the Role:
As a junior product design engineer, you will design high-performance sports products and accessories from concept through to production.
- Develop mechanical product designs for darts, wallets and accessories.
- Produce high-precision CAD models and detailed engineering drawings.
- Prototype and test concepts, iterating for performance and manufacturability.
- Collaborate closely with athletes, designers and manufacturers.
- Support continuous improvement across product ranges and processes.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Degree in Product Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design Engineering.
- Proven experience designing mechanical products using CAD (NX, SolidWorks or Creo).
- Familiar with CNC machining, injection moulding and DFM best practices.
- Practical prototyping and testing experience with workshop tools.
- Bonus: experience with KeyShot and Adobe Creative Suite for presentations.
