We use a Net Promoter Score (NPS) to measure our performance.

Regardless of the outcome, every single candidate and client is asked for feedback at the end of the process.

This provides a constant feedback loop enabling us to improve in areas that need it, and keep doing the great stuff that our customers love us for!

Our overall NPS is +88 (the recruitment industry average is +30)
