Scope of the Role:
Your mission is to design premium sports products and accessories from concept to production, balancing creativity and manufacturability.

  • Own product development from initial concept through to manufacturing handover.

  • Produce high-precision CAD models and engineering drawings using NX.

  • Prototype and test products, iterating for performance and manufacturability.

  • Collaborate directly with athletes and internal creative teams.

  • Support broader innovation across wallets, carry cases, and tech-enabled ranges.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Degree in Product Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar discipline.

  • Proven experience designing mechanical or consumer products in CAD (NX, SolidWorks, or Creo).

  • Strong understanding of DFM, CNC machining, injection moulding, and die casting.

  • Practical prototyping and hands-on testing skills with workshop tools.

  • Exposure to KeyShot and Adobe Creative Suite for visualisation and concept presentation.
