Working across projects in cognitive restoration, balance diagnostics, and neuro-enhancement, you’ll lead design thinking at the earliest stage. Scope of the Role:
The Product Designer will help shape and deliver early-stage product concepts into functional prototypes and low-volume production-ready designs.

  • Lead design and CAD development for early-stage health tech innovations.
  • Run in-house prototyping and testing on-site to validate core concepts.
  • Select and work with suppliers for parts, tooling and early production runs.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape new product directions.
  • Create clear, engaging visuals and prototypes to present to investors and partners.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer or Industrial Designer in a hardware-led R&D team.
  • Demonstrable expertise designing consumer electronics and integrating components like sensors and batteries.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks and Adobe Suite with strong design communication skills.
  • Track record of delivering prototypes from concept to testable output.
  • Familiarity with DFM and low-volume manufacturing processes.

Salary and Benefits:

  • £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience and fit.
