Scope of the Role

As Industrial Designer, you’ll take ownership from concept through to manufacture, designing high-quality consumer products, not digital platforms.

  • Generate and develop ideas across tech, lighting, and physical accessories
  • Produce sketches, CAD models, visuals, and prototypes for review and iteration
  • Conduct product research, user testing, and CMF selection to refine designs
  • Collaborate with UK and China teams to ensure manufacturability at scale
  • Help build a thriving physical product design culture, challenging how innovation happens

Key Skills and Experience Required

  • Degree-qualified in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience delivering physical consumer products to mass production
  • Strong sketching, ideation, CAD (NX preferred) and visualisation (KeyShot, Adobe CC)
  • Deep knowledge of DFM principles: injection moulding, CMF, and assembly for hardware
  • Comfortable working full-time on site in Harlow, Essex, with UK travel as needed
